Veterans Benefits Finder
AIVA's Benefits Finder uses a VA disability rating to surface relevant federal benefit categories and VA's state-office directory. It relies on verified official sources and does not determine eligibility.

What this tool checks
Select your VA disability rating above and this page lists the federal benefit programs worth verifying at your rating, each linked to the official VA eligibility page. Nothing is submitted to VA, no account is required, and the tool does not decide eligibility — VA does.
Your disability rating alone does not determine eligibility. These source pages were checked on August 19, 2026; confirm current requirements with VA or the administering state agency.
VA disability compensation
VA says disability compensation may be available when a current condition was caused or made worse by active military service.
VA health care
VA health care eligibility depends on service, discharge, and other factors. A service-connected disability may affect enhanced eligibility and priority.
Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E)
VA says Veterans with a non-dishonorable discharge and a service-connected disability rating of at least 10% are eligible to apply. VA determines entitlement after an evaluation.
Additional compensation for dependents
VA says Veterans who are eligible for disability compensation and have a combined rating of at least 30% may qualify for higher payments for qualified dependents.
State veterans benefits
State and local programs vary by location. Use VA's directory of state veterans affairs offices to verify available programs where you live.
AIVA is a program of ESBE Incorporated, an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Help preparing a claim package is donor-funded and free to veterans. See disability claim support or the FAQ.
